Magical mayhem,motor mastery and a vocabulary that’s blooming what more could you ask for? Pre school little artists took a deep delve (read:joyful tumble) into nature - inspired creativity ! Armed with play dough and wild bouquet of colourful flowers, they sculpted, squished and occasionally wore their magical masterpieces.
We were not fooled by the giggle this is hands on play is doing something serious behind the scenes. As fingers pinch and roll, fine motor skills get a fantastic workout. And as they learn to describe “Squishy”. “Spiky” and “smells like grandma’s garden, “their language blossoms right along with their art.🥰🥰

At the month of April we have been doing Mark Making and Creative Expression Throughout the month, our children engaged in a variety of mark-making activities. From using paint
brushes and crayons to exploring textures with natural materials, the children enjoyed expressing themselves through drawing, scribbling, and early writing. These activities play a crucial role in developing fine motor skills.

Easter Bonnet extravaganza!!🐣Our little fashionista have hopped into high gear with their egg-cellent Easter Bonnet creations! From feathered masterpieces to bunny-tastic brilliance, the competition was fierce- but the cuteness? Off the charts🐣🎉🥰 Warning : These bonnets may cause uncontrollable “aww” and a sudden urge to craft🥰

We enjoyed our dress up week

This week at RHS, we have been doing different activities focused on ‘The people that help us’, such as our parents, firefighters, doctors, teachers,nurses,police officers and so much more. This was to introduce children to occupation in our communities.

Happy Valentine’s Day☺️, RHS focused on the valentines celebration by planning activities to express our love and care for others💝
