May this season bring you new opportunities and a fresh perspective.
"Innovation is the ability to see change as an opportunity, not a threat"
"If you believe it will work out, you'll see opportunities. If you believe it won't, you will see obstacles"

You have a choice....you have an opportunity to let go of the past, reset your mindset, and start afresh, regardless of what has happened.
You have the choice... you have the "power of decision" to try something new rather than repeating the same old patterns. Live intentionally instead of reacting to events or situations.
You have a choice....You don't need to make a massive change all at once. Try to take one small step forward towards a new direction.
You have a choice.....Go at your pace, Break down large, daunting goals into a few smaller, more manageable actions. This incremental approach is often more effective than attempting a major life change all at once, as it reduces overwhelm and builds momentum through a series of small, consistent wins.
When your goal is written down, break that down into small steps, choose the first step, complete it and then move to the next. Some days you may take only one step and others two steps or more. Going at your pace, what is comfortable for you can ease the overwhelm.
Every moment is a fresh beginning and you can choose....🫶🧡

“If you are not willing to learn, no one can help you. If you are determined to learn no one can stop you”
Paperback, hard cover or kindle?
I read all of the above.
The kindle is handy because it doesn’t take up much space and doesn’t fall apart like a paperback when I’m sunbathing 😎🌞but I do like a hardback even though they are a little more cumbersome.
Do you read books that are escapism or books that are going to help grow your mind and improve your life?
This is a photo from a holiday a while back of a few of my paper/hardback books the rest are on the kindle.
The one I read a couple of Christmas holidays ago and have in paperback and kindle…..he needs to write another….one of my favourites 🙏🏼👌🏼🎯
Reading can be extremely beneficial for your brain, health and general well-being. Reading is a gateway to knowledge.

It’s not what you do on the odd occasion that gets you to you goal it’s what you do consistently.
If you can workout consistently 2 or 3 days a week and do that week in and week out it’s much better than doing 5 workouts a week every now and again.
Set realistic targets and do them habitually.
Set yourself up for success consistently and you’ll feel good about your achievements.
Slowly and surely you will get to your goal!
It’ll be worth it. The tortoise and the hare 😉

Motivation is the reason for doing something…….it’s known as your WHY?
Why do you want/need to do something? What is your driving force to get something done?
In weight loss it’s often so you feel and look better. It may be that you hate getting up in the morning to do a workout but it’s the only time you have spare due to a hectic schedule but the driving force is the end result. Good health and a feeling of “well-being” or as I call it, good mental health.
Find your reason, your why and your motivation will be there!
What better day to start than a Monday!!!
Let’s do this 💪🏼👊🏼
