One challenge many business owners face is that they don’t know how to tell what they do. If you can’t convince consumers of what you do and support your company, it’s difficult to make money. Learn to tell about your business so that 5 year olds and 95 year olds understand you.

I just completed a training session on paradigm shift and here are my learnings when you feel something is "hopeless": Hold the vision. Trust the process.

You have set some goals earlier (or I hope that you have some goals). When last did you look at them and dream about achieving them? To change you paradigm, you need to keep you focus on the things that matter most to you. What is you plan to make that dream come to reality? Do you follow and trust the process? Look for options to make that dream a reality.

As a procrastinator, just a word of warning, at some stage you need to stop looking for options and start doing!! Test and grow and learn.
