To round off Refugee Week and celebrate Father's Day, we'll be making a traditional Syrian dish called Fatteh at 11:15am.
If you'd like to cook along with us, you'll need the following ingredients:
PLAIN YOGURT
Chickpeas
Tahini
Garlic
Cumin
Sumaq (optional)
Red pepper flakes (optional)
Lemon
Lebanese bread
Tomato
Parsley
Ghee (or butter/oil)
