Do facemasks stop us exercising hard?
Canadian researchers tested male and female cyclists aged between 20 - 40; with cloth masks, surgical masks & no masks. They found no difference in time to exhaustion, peak power output or oxygen saturation.

How much exercise do we need - officially?
WHO guidelines updated for the next decade:
150 minutes a week moderate - vigorous activity is our minimum. And the more you do, the bigger the benefits up to five times the minimum. Latest guidelines confirm scientific research that exercise improves brain function, mental health and sleep.
