We’re looking for an Administrative Associate to join our team in Berlin and help keep our office running smoothly and effectively.

This is a varied role where you’ll provide essential administrative and operational support, act as a key point of contact for colleagues and partners, and help improve the systems and processes that keep our international organisation connected.

We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive and solutions-focused, with excellent communication skills in both German and English.

📍 Location: Berlin, Germany (office-based)
🕒 Working pattern: Part-time, 16 hours per week
📅 Contract: Permanent
🚀 Start date: As soon as possible
