Love this, a hero with true style

This hardcore Scot is Tommy Macpherson aka the “Kilted Killer”

- Served as an officer in the No.11 Scottish Commandoes in WW2
- In 1941, during a daring four man raid to capture Erwin Rommel in North Africa, he was captured by the enemy.
- In a span of 2 years, he escaped a total of 7 times till finally making it back to the UK.
- Days after his return, he was ordered by Winston Churchill himself to “Set Europe ablaze”
- He parachuted behind enemy in lines in France and began a long campaign of destruction alongside the French resistance.
- Virtually every single night, he would either kill Germans or destroy their supplies and communications.
- On one occasion when a German staff car was approaching a level crossing Macpherson booby-trapped the barrier arm so it crashed down on the vehicle, decapitating the local commandant and his driver
- He single handedly captured 23,000 men and 1,000 vehicles in one night by simply convincing a German General that he was in command of the Allied forces in the area.
- As a touch of class, he would ride around the enemy country side in a black French car with a British flag attached to it. The Germans placed a 300,000 franc bounty on his head
- He then went to Italy and pretty much did all of the above again.
- Wounded numerous times and awarded the Military Cross for his actions
- One of the most decorated soldier in history
- He recently passed away at the age of 94 (Nov.6.2014)
Side note: He did all of the above wearing the full Highlander battledress..including the kilt.

New Year New Me... had an epifany this week whilst writing up my diary for the year. I have a 124 Personal Development plan that took 3 months to write ✍️ in 2022. In theory I had the next 5 years of life covered (theory!). Well it wasn't resonating, in fact last 3 months the winds of change have been blowing hard in my life (in a good way). So I decided to do the Myers Briggs MBTI test...shock, horror, gasp 😧 my personality type has changed! So to celebrate 🥳 me having to dig deep and find my new Personal Brand I am going to share the journey as a 6 week programme on LinkedIn and my page Thea Stylist London (follow now for daily updates, rasks and tips). I have made a Facebook group called 6 Weeks Personal Branding shindig so you become a member today; find your own cheerleading squad, share your experience and make new friends 🥳.

Format will he a video diaries & tasks, on the Sunday I will post the weeks tasks and then each day post tasks again with a video diary and links to a longer video diary - follow along if you want to find, develop and deliver your own new Personal Brand for 2024.

What makes me different to other Personal Branding Directors is I deal with my client's mental, psychological and physical health as well as their image, marketing collateral, social media profiles and non verbal communication skills. It is gonna be a bit weird doing it to myself. Normally I work intensively with a client NLPing as I go pulling the very best version of them out of themselves and helping them feel confident about standing in their power like their very own cheerleader 📣.

This summer was a profound summer of positive change for me although ironically one of the people who triggered it hasn't has such a smooth ride. My gut instinct is doing this on my own will be a rollercoaster of emotions so by all means reach out to me and be in my Facebook cheerleading squad,
i'll appreciate it 😊❤️😊
