Voice Expressions is undergoing a facelift - A fresh look at values and as a result is releasing this statement!
We commit to operating from a holistic foundation, working first on ourselves, our whole selves, mental, spiritual, physical, emotional, and social. One day at a time, one step at a time - and it is from that space, that foundation, that our work will be informed.

This terms foundational focus will be on Rediscovering and healing the inner child.

Have you ever held a 'status' felt like you were on top of something, felt within yourself that people looked up to you and yet within you felt useless, broken, hurt.........like a fraud.....what if they see the real you?

Join us in this ' Safe Spiritual, Non Religious Space' as we enter the New Year!
Every Sunday in January at 2.30pm, we will discuss a new topic.
This weeks topic is ' Falling from Grace !'

Come and explore the possibilities of how to make small changes to the bits of yourself that you need to learn to love and accept and the bits that you can choose to change with small loving actions!!

We might not have all the answers in this session but we will have a few and we are certainly thinking and exploring things that we can do from the moment we leave this meeting to move in the direction of a happier joy filled life -

Tomorrow, new “In Conversation” series: Brenda welcomes you to The 'Gathering!' Following the success of the 'What is Worship? series,' Gospel singers come together again to allow you to experience and participate in their worship and share an uplifting passage from the bible.
