Do you like Rilakkuma Bao buns ? They are adorable 🥰
I will share my secrets recipe with you🌸
ingredients: plain flour 400g water 200g sugar 20g dry yeast 4g
1)mixed all ingredients into dough
2)split the dough into 4 different colours
3)shape them into balls place them in a square container.
4)use the rest of the dough to make their face.
5)set to proof until double the size.
6)place them into a bamboo steamer in medium high heat for 15mins,cool down 5mins and enjoy 😉
