The quality of the learning is dependent on who has designed it and who is delivering it. I have learnt that working for myself the need for connection with others who do what you do is really important an

Sometimes the most useful thing you can do is step away from the day-to-day long enough to properly think, pause and reflect on where you are, what this year has looked like so far, and what you want the next season to look like.

This Gathering is a space for facilitators, trainers and coaches to have those conversations alongside others who understand the realities of this work.

Together, we’ll explore what success actually looks like for us and our businesses going forward - before the second half of the year disappears into busyness again.

Hosted by Kate Nicholroy and Duncan Purvis.
