As part of our Wellbeing curriculum, we teach the children to keep themselves active. Exercise is the perfect way to boost mood and mindfulness but it can take time to find the right exercise for each child. That is why we introduce a range of different sporting activities to the children throughout their time at Upland. From rock climbing, to skiing, canoeing, roller skating and yoga to name just a few.
