Piano is more than music — it’s full development.

Sky is currently working on dynamics. Even when I give her cues to feel the music, what I really want to create is for her to reflect what she feels into her fingers while playing.

Sometimes we can be so shy that we can’t express our emotions. We get scared, we hold back, we worry about what others might think, so we hide ourselves. Music education is a space where a child can express themselves in the most free and natural way. It’s not about playing the piano like a robot—after a certain level, it becomes just as important to learn and practice feeling the music.
