The way we look carries the weight of generations- why would you change or amend it? Because the Kardashians say so? 😞

Being featured in sparked many conversations - but this is the one that stayed with me.

In Sikhi, Dasvandh is not charity.
It is not optional.
It is part of our Rehat.

To give a portion of what we earn - not just money, but time, skills, energy - is an act of gratitude, humility, and trust in Vaheguru.

And yet… how many of us were never taught this?
Or quietly turned it into something optional when life got busy, expensive, or uncomfortable?

Dasvandh reminds us that nothing we have is truly ours.
We are custodians, not owners.
Money is energy - and when it flows through seva, it heals individuals, communities, and a broken world.

It’s not just milk… when you consume your mind with positivity and naam (the name of God) you feed this to your child 💛🙏🏾
