Introducing 'Sparky LadiEEs'!! This is a newly-formed society 'under the umbrella' of EESoc for all female and non-binary members of Imperial's Electrical Engineering Department. As electrical/electronic/information engineering are STEM subjects that are particularly male-dominated, we felt that having a society designed to offer extra support would help to combat the gender imbalance. They will be only be on sale on the union website from 6pm on 28th Feb to 6pm on 11th March so make sure you get one before you miss out!

This year we have started a new idea: the Sisters Scheme! This is like EESoc's Mums & Dads scheme.
We have be paired up every female fresher with a senior to help provide support (whether that be academic or pastoral), as well as to provide social opportunities!
All female freshers in EEE/EIE and all seniors that signed up, check your emails to find out who your new sister is! x
