Trade Stays was built out of the ashes of Covid, from a simple idea: there had to be a better, more stable way to generate booking demand year-round without relying on the constant peaks and troughs of tourism.

So we built a business focused on work-travel stays.

The result? Rapid growth. In our first year, booking revenue grew by 240%. By year three, we were still growing fast, with over 160% growth. That growth has given us the confidence to think much bigger.

Now we are investing heavily in the next stage: the Trade Stays automated booking platform.

We are building this platform to help us scale towards our target of £10m in bookings — and that should be exciting for hosts, because those bookings need places to go. The hosts on the platform will be the ones in position to benefit from that growth.

But we need your help.

We are going to be adding hosts across the platform, and we need strong coverage in every city. If our customers arrive and there is nothing for them to find, we all lose out. That is why we want great hosts on board early, helping us build the network properly from day one.

Super proud of my team at for their work on this, our latest launch in Woolwich, London. This is a fully managed Serviced apartment that we provided full design, setup and staging services for. It launches today with us in charge of every aspect of the management so the owners can have the SA income without any of the hassle in combination with the booking team driving that occupancy up.
