The Founder

Natasha Earl was born and raised in London. Having studied Theatre and Performing Arts, her dream was to work in the theatre.

One of London’s top Nanny agencies specialising in the introduction of professional Nannies, Governesses and Maternity Nurses to many families in London and Overseas. However, having worked in hospitality and retail during her studies, she found her niche in recruitment. Her career began in High Street recruitment before she briefly became a Head Hunter in Rec to Rec. Not enjoying the bullish tech

Grab a magnifying glass and head outdoors! Bug hunting is a fun, hands-on way for kids to learn about nature and explore the tiny world of insects.

Who knows what little critters they’ll discover? 🐞🔍

Children learn best when they're genuinely interested in what they're doing. 💛

Introducing a variety of activities is a wonderful way to spark curiosity, but giving children the freedom to choose what they'd like to explore helps build confidence, independence and decision-making skills.

Gardening Fun with Kids! 🌱

As a nanny, gardening is a wonderful way to connect with children while teaching them valuable life skills. Plant seeds, watch them grow, and enjoy the harvest together, whether flowers or veggies! It’s a hands-on, educational activity that encourages patience, responsibility, and a love for nature. 🌻✨

Create fun, lasting memories in the garden! 👧👦

Giving children the chance to do things for themselves is an important part of helping them grow. 💛

Whether it's putting on their own shoes, helping tidy away toys, choosing a book to read or pouring a drink with supervision, these small moments encourage confidence, independence and resilience.

Allowing children to take on age-appropriate responsibilities also helps them develop problem-solving skills and a sense of achievement. They learn that it's okay to make mistakes, try again and become more capable with practice.
