My awesome secretary is retiring in June/July, so looking for someone with as much awesomeness.
3 days a week/ 21 hours
This job is office based ( Forest Hill, but not in ULEZ ) as deliveries need to be seen in Tuesday and Thursday. Hours are very flexible.
We are a small family business supplying blinds/curtains and Flyscreens, to MOD, Schools, Prisons and Hospitals, nationwide.
The job will involve running the office, with knowledge of Quickbooks, general invoicing, VAT returns, Microsoft Windows, Word and Excel. A knowledge of H&S would help.

11 day’s holiday and 2 weeks at Xmas. £15 per hour.

Lewisham Hospital, needed a solution for blinds, that kept getting damaged due to windows, tilting inwards. Also didn’t want the ligature risk of cords and chains. supplied and fitted a cost effective light crank operated blackout Dart FR fabric, roller blind.

Claygate Infant School, needed a solution to keep heat in, while doors left open at playtime. Wipe clean PVC freezer vanes, have greatly improved the problem.
