Are you looking for a September place at a local Pre-School? Come and visit us in Slip End! We have spaces becoming available from then.

We are open Monday-Friday 9:00am-3:00pm during term time. We are a small team who really care about making children’s time with us an adventure and creating memories for them.

Our weekly schedule includes:
One-to-one phonics session
Gymnastics class
Joining our local church’s toddler group
Jollybeans music class
Private Speech and language therapy, should your child require this.

January has been a month of learning about the Antarctica whilst continuing to enjoy our weekly sessions of phonics, dance lessons and having Artventurers visit. 🎨🫟Our children have settled so well after the Christmas break that they’ve filled up their Marble jar and we have a soft play bus visiting this Thursday! 🥳 Here are some of our highlights from January! We are very much looking forward to Jolly Beans starting their Friday afternoon sessions with us from this week! 🎶

Another great session of Artventurers this morning at our Pre-School! 🎨 This months messy play was based on the wonderful story of ‘Stick man’.

Our pack away setting needed an improved sensory and relaxation area for our children! ❤️

Are you passionate about supporting young children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? Do you believe in inclusive, nurturing environments where every child can thrive?

At Slip End Pre-School, we are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and patient SEND Support Assistant to join our dedicated team. You’ll be working closely with individual children and small groups, helping them access the Early Years curriculum and reach their full potential.

💡 What You’ll Do:
Provide 1:1 and small group support to children with additional needs
Work alongside the SENCo and manager to deliver tailored learning activities
Support children’s emotional, social, and physical development
Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Keep clear and consistent records to support children’s learning journeys.

✅ What We’re Looking For:
Experience working with young children (preferably in an Early Years/SEND setting)
A calm, patient, and positive attitude
Knowledge of EYFS and SEND strategies is an advantage
Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2 or 3 in Childcare, SEND training) are desirable
A team player who is committed to inclusive education.

What an amazing end of year we had!! 🥳 Our first ever festival day featuring a mobile farm, Make it Perfect Soft Play & Bouncy Castles, Believe in yourself sleepovers, plus tattoos, wrist bands and all of our wonderful families! ❤️

Our graduation ceremony was amazing and Balloonboutiques Decor made sure it looked fantastic!! 🎈Huge amounts of luck to all our graduates and we look forward to our new starters in September-have the best summer everyone! X
