We are looking for a resilient, empathetic, and dedicated Behaviour Support Worker to join our pastoral team here at Denbigh High School.

You will be working on the ground with students who need extra guidance, helping them overcome barriers to learning, build emotional resilience, and unlock their full potential.

Our employee of the month for May is Clare Chapman! 🏆🌟

With the summer term well and truly underway, our school calendar has been absolutely packed with trips. Behind the scenes of every single excursion has been Clare, quietly getting on with a mountain of paperwork and keeping everything running smoothly. 🚌📋

What’s been especially brilliant this month is how much time Clare has spent supporting our newer members of staff. Organising a school trip for the first time can be a bit of a minefield, but Clare has been right there to guide them through the process, share her knowledge, and show them the ropes.

Thank you, Clare, for your brilliant organisation and for being such a fantastic colleague. This is so well-deserved!

Our employee of the month for April is Hannah Edgeworth! 🏆🌟

Hannah is the definition of a team player. No matter what is thrown her way, she handles it with incredible positivity and a smile that brightens everyone's day.

We want to give a huge shout-out to Hannah for her proactive problem-solving and the amazing support she’s provided to the Geography department. She has been a total rock for our Year 11s, helping them navigate those tough final hurdles with confidence. 🌍📚
