Looking back at our Student of the Year celebrations ✨

Isobel started in a kitchen support role within a busy hospitality environment. While gaining hands-on experience, she realised she wanted more, a career with responsibility, creativity, and long-term progression.

Together with her employer, Isobel explored different training options and chose Pitman Training because of the flexibility to tailor learning around real career goals and workplace development. Her employer then invested in her training and funded the Diploma to support her progression.

Her Event Management Diploma was designed to give her:
● A strong foundation in event planning and coordination
● Essential administrative and organisational skills
● Practical, job-ready knowledge she could apply immediately
