Really proud to see Emanuel complete his work placement with us here at Gym 72 after training alongside PT Ash for the past 5 years.
Throughout the week he got hands-on experience with the day-to-day side of coaching, including:
• Exercise coaching & cueing
• Movement patterns & muscle groups
• Shadowing PT sessions
• Client consultations
• Programme design
• Nutrition basics
• Session planning & delivery
It’s been great watching his confidence grow and seeing the genuine interest he has in the coaching side of the fitness industry.
He applied himself brilliantly all week and got involved in every aspect of gym life.
