Last week, we hosted our annual big summer BBQ at Booths Park 🌞

We invited customers down to the brand new courtyard at Booths Park to sit, relax and enjoy some sunshine among colleagues and the fellow Booths community.

There was food from April's Kitchen, Mr Whippy ice cream, lawn games, live music and magnet-making with Moments That Stick.

A big part of our mission is to deliver spaces that help customers, colleagues and communities connect and thrive.

Across our regions, we have an extensive community events programme to add that little bit extra to your workday.

Flexible workspace within a historic brewery site?

We repurposed the former Greenall's Brewery in Stockton Heath to become an unrivalled, flexible workspace, which has become a base for many thriving businesses.

Part of our mission is to deliver workspace hubs to support business development and growth, and breathing new life into heritage spaces lies at the heart of it all.

Working from Wilderspool means working in a historic office full of character, based in one of Cheshire's most up-and-coming towns.

Exciting times at Station House!

We've completely refreshed the first floor at Station House, elevating the space and delivering top-quality offices and a beautiful aesthetic in Altrincham, one of the best towns in the North West.

6 new conventional suites, some with kitchens included and all with one internal meeting room. Two of the new suites come with the option to be furnished, too.

We've also added a coworking lounge, and shared kitchen space if you're looking to break out of the office for somewhere quiet to work or collaborate on that important project.

Last year, we finished work on our 6th floor, too, and both refurbishments form part of our wider strategy to continue delivering unrivalled workspace that plays an integral part in business and our thriving towns. With both floors now complete, there is more to come soon at Station House, so watch this space!

From car park to community hotspot 🍕

We’re excited to share that independent street food specialists, GRUB, are headed to Stretford Town Centre this summer and will be taking over the space for an 18 month residency and opening Tuesday to Sunday.

Subject to planning approval, we’re working together to transform 6,000 sq ft of the multi-storey car park into a vibrant new hub for the whole town. Think independent street food, kitchen takeovers, and a packed events calendar, from beer festivals to World Cup screenings on Sir Tony Lloyd Square.

By day, you’ll find a bakery, coffee shop, and pop-up bottle store. By night, the space transforms into a venue featuring live entertainment and delicious street food.

We’re bringing this space back to life to unlock its full potential, ensuring it remains a staple for the local community for years to come.
