Stanhope School Council is in session!
Led by the wonderful Miss Mason, our trusted School Councillors, elected by their peers, gathered to discuss their aims.

This week's agenda:
'To help make everyone in School happy'
'To make everyone feel welcome and included in School'
'To help children achieve their dreams and goals'
'To give all children a voice.'

Building upon 'the Stanhope Way', our councilors emphasised 'Be kind' as a key value to help drive change within the School community. Answering questions like 'how are we kind everyday?' and 'what charitable acts can we get involved with?'

All of our trusted School Councillors will be feeding back to their classes so that all children are given the opportunity to share their thoughts and ideas too.

🐰🐤🐣🐥🥚 Easter Chicks On Sale 🐰🐤🐣🐥🥚

We will be selling a selection of handmade Easter chicks from Monday 2nd in both Upper and Lower School to raise money for The Nottingham Breast Cancer Support Group.

Each hand‑knitted chick comes with a Cadbury Crème Egg and costs £1.50. As we only have 50 chicks available this year, they’re expected to go quickly, so don’t miss out.

Miss Evans will be selling at Reception, Miss Alyson will be selling in the Lower Curriculum Kitchen, and children can also purchase theirs at the end of the school day. Please note that eggs should not be eaten during school hours.

🍫 Chocolate Tombola at Mapperley Top! 🍫
The Stanhope Young Voices Chocolate Tombola stall is set up on Mapperley Top!

We have loads of chocolate prizes up for grabs! Come and try your luck while supporting our fantastic choir.

IMPORTANT: We are CASH ONLY! Please bring change.

The Young Voices choir will be singing at 3.10pm. Come along and join in the festive cheer!
