🌟A small update🌟
Sometimes we make things more complicated than they need to be.
And for me, simple feels clearer, calmer, and more aligned.
Over time, I’ve realised that the most meaningful conversations, reflections, and insights I share happen more naturally from my personal profile, in a more human, real, and connected way.
Moving forward, I’ll be sharing updates, thoughts, and support on that one space on Facebook, keeping things simple.
If you’re a young adult navigating overwhelm, anxiety, or self-doubt, or a parent looking for the right support for your adult child, I would love for you to connect with me on my personal page - https://www.facebook.com/ali.gatenby/
✨ Same work
✨ Same heart
✨ Just a simpler, more authentic space
Thank you for being here and for your continued support.

Confidence isn’t something you’re born with, and you’re not broken because it feels hard.
If you’re a young adult trying to figure life out, confidence can feel like the missing piece.
You might look confident on the outside… however, inside you’re overthinking, doubting yourself, or feeling like everyone else has it together more than you.
Here’s the truth:
👉 Confidence isn’t about being loud, fearless, or having all the answers.
👉 It’s about trusting yourself, feeling steady in who you are, and knowing you’re enough, even on the messy days.
That’s exactly why I created my Confidence Guide for Young Adults - Boost your confidence in 14 days.
Not to “fix” you, but to help you:
• quiet the self-doubt
• feel calmer in your body
• build confidence from the inside out
• stop comparing yourself to everyone else
This guide is gentle, practical, and designed for real life, especially when confidence feels out of reach.
If confidence has been something you struggle with, this is for you.
✨ You don’t have to do it alone ✨

And honestly… I’m really proud of this milestone.
Less than 5% of YouTube channels ever reach this level of engagement. Thank you to everyone who’s watched, liked, commented, or shared… my content.💖
When I started posting hypnosis, meditation, mindset tools, and live sessions, my hope was simple:
✨ Help young adults (and anyone who needs it) feel calmer, more confident, and more in control of their lives.
Seeing 55,000 views tells me the message is reaching the people who need it, and that means everything.
If you haven’t subscribed yet, I’d love you to join me.

Day 10 of 12 to feel less overwhelmed: The “Pull It back to today” Reset
When you’re overwhelmed, your mind doesn’t stay in the present.
It jumps into the future and starts imagining worst-case scenarios:
“What if I mess this up?”
“What if it all goes wrong?”
“What if I can’t cope?”
“What if people think…?”
“What if this is just how it’s going to be?”
Your brain isn’t trying to stress you out; it’s trying to protect you by preparing for everything at once.
But that kind of thinking creates huge overwhelm.
So today’s tiny reset is about calming the future noise and grounding yourself back into today.
⭐The “Pull It back to today” Reset⭐
When you notice your thoughts jumping to the worst-case or running ahead, pause and ask:
“What do I actually need to deal with today?”
Not tomorrow.
Not next week.
Not next year.
Just today.
Then choose ONE of these grounding statements:
💬 “Right now, I’m safe.”
💬 “I only need to focus on today.”
💬 “Future-me will handle future things.”
💬 “What’s one small step I can take right now?”
💬 “I don’t need to solve everything all at once.”
This shifts your mind out of catastrophising
→ and back into clarity and control.
Overwhelm shrinks when you bring your attention home.
💬 Tell me: what’s ONE thing you actually need to deal with today — and nothing more?
Just one word or one sentence is perfect.
