No matter what’s happening, keep moving forward.

Even when it feels like nothing is changing, trust that you’re still moving ahead.

Look back by all means — it’s good to recognise how far you’ve come and what you’ve left behind.

But don’t stay there.

Keep going.
Keep trusting.
Step by step, you’ll find your way to where you’re meant to be.

✨ What’s one thing you’ve moved through recently that once felt impossible?

17/05/2026

I’m back in England… but mentally I’m still in Norway 😄

Still savouring the moments, the stillness, and everything I got to experience.

Before I left, I spoke about how lightly I packed this trip compared to normal. And throughout the week I realised something…

I only read one chapter of my book (the introduction 😄), journaled once, and didn’t touch my oracle cards at all.

At first I wondered about that. But then I realised that sometimes we need a complete break from everything — even the things we love — to get clear on what’s important.

I get so caught up in the worries of life sometimes that I forget to simply be present.

Routine is good, but it can also make time speed up as we move from one thing to the next without really noticing the moments in between.

So today I’m slowing down and asking myself:
✨ What do I really need to do?

Not what I always do.
Not what I think I should do.

And I’m curious to see what happens when I give myself space away from the usual routine.

✨ Have you ever stepped away from something… only to realise it was exactly what you needed?

Sometimes you just have to sit on your bum and slide down the mountain 😄

Not everything has to be perfectly planned.
Not every step has to be graceful.
Sometimes the magic comes from letting go a little and seeing what happens anyway.

So today, have fun.
Take the moment.
And try not to worry too much about what might go wrong.

✨ You may end up exactly where you need to be.

Waterfalls remind us of life’s natural flow — abundant, ever-moving, and full of possibility. There’s something deeply calming about standing before them, watching the water move endlessly onward. They invite us to pause, breathe, and reset, helping us reconnect with a sense of peace, presence, and trust in the flow of life.

I never thought I’d say this… but Norway is slowing me down in the best possible way.

I’m not really a nature person, and yet I can’t help but feel calm and settled as we walk around taking in the sights.

At one point I stood beside a tree and instinctively reached out to touch it, tuning in to see what it had to say.

“I’m just waking,” was her reply.

And when I looked up, she was the only one beginning to bloom.

I was also visited by the hooded crow — a family of birds I’ve always felt akin to — and now surrounded by glaciers, lakes, and stillness, it feels like nature keeps gently reminding me of something important.

To slow down.
To blossom in my own time.
And to stay connected to what feels true in the moment.

✨ What helps you feel most connected to yourself?

We’re cruising along the Norwegian fjords today… and none of this was planned 😄

After our day at sea, we were meant to make a port call — but the winds were too high for us to dock safely.

So instead, the captain changed course and brought us through a fjord to visit this glacier-fed waterfall.

I have to admit, it was smaller than I imagined 😄
But standing there, feeling its energy and watching Mother Nature do her thing, was still pretty special.

It reminded me that life doesn’t always go the way we planned.

Sometimes things change direction unexpectedly.
We can resist it and focus on what didn’t happen… or we can go with the flow and stay open to what’s unfolding instead.

And often, there’s something beautiful waiting for us there too.

✨ Where in life might you need to loosen your grip a little and trust the flow?

09/05/2026

On my way as I set sail for the Norwegian fjords today … and I’ve noticed something about myself 😄

I tend to overpack. Not just clothes — but mentally too. Packing ideas, expectations, and all the things I think I should do.

This time, I’ve decided what I really need is actually quite simple:

✨ My favourite oracle cards
✨ A journal
✨ My headphones
✨ Quiet moments to reflect when they arrive

(And yes… a suitcase full of layers too 😄)

This week feels less about doing… and more about being present.

Less pressure to fill every moment.
More space to notice what’s around me, what’s within me, and what’s quietly asking for my attention.

✨ What helps you reconnect with yourself when life feels full?

Whenever I’m given a sign — or something comes through my journaling that leaves me a little stumped — I ask myself a magic question:

✨ What’s one thing I could do?

That question opens my mind to what’s possible, and I follow the thoughts that come.

Some ideas are ridiculous 😄
But every now and then, a little gem appears… and that’s where things begin.

With that wasp landed on my t-shirt, my first thought was simply to get it off me! But when I reflected on the message around focused energy and goals, it sparked the idea to create an oracle card guide.

It’s amazing how one small thing can quietly support you in moving towards the life you want.

✨ So… what’s one thing you could do today?

05/05/2026

At my retreat, two wasps showed up.

The first one went straight for a glass of wine (which sadly didn’t end well). The second was a baby one… and that one decided to land on me — it seemed quite taken with my pink t-shirt.

So I stood still for a moment and, instead of reacting, I found myself wondering what it might mean.

For me, wasps have always been something to avoid. But they’re part of the world — and I believe everything has a purpose.

When I looked up the meaning, it spoke about productivity, fierce protection, and personal growth — a reminder to pursue your goals with focused energy.

I loved that.

And it made me pause and notice what I’ve been putting off… and gently bring my attention back to it.

Sometimes the messages don’t come in the way we expect.
But they arrive when we need them.

✨ What’s been asking for your attention lately?

𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲’𝘀 𝗮 𝗯𝗼𝘅 𝗶𝗻 𝗺𝘆 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺.

You may already know this about me — I’m a bit of a notebook-aholic 😄

I can’t help but buy them. I have a whole box full — bought with the best intentions — and then I don’t use them because I don’t want to ruin how pretty they look.

There’s probably something deeper in that… but lately I’ve been catching myself before buying another one, and actually using the ones I already have.

I’ve journaled on and off for years, but there’s something about putting pen to paper that really helps clear my thoughts.

It’s where I make sense of things.
Where I notice what’s really going on.
Where clarity starts to come through so I can move forward.

If you’ve been thinking about journaling… don’t overthink it.

Just start.

One sentence.
One thought.
One page.
