Why not to challenge yourself from time to time... A completely new discipline...This time I was on the other side of the room and learnt from the best...(I made many mistakes as well...I couldn't find my left leg 😁) But I played the game and I tried my best...I completely recommend Sotenjuko Aikido in Egham if you ever thought about Aikido
