Rainstorm destroys section of classroom block roof.
Strong rainstorm last night has ripped off the roof of a section of the main classroom block. Grateful to say that no person was hurt as it happened outside studies hours. However, this will affect the school programs in the weeks ahead until the needed resources are obtained and rebuilding done.
The roofing was originally meant to be temporal due to lack of funds to continue the building from the foundation level. However, it helped to accommodate classrooms for lessons and examinations.
