Feeling tired in the first trimester of pregnancy is NOT due to laziness.
The body is going through a lot of processes to support the growing baby.

- Eat protein rich foods- a little at a time as you can tolerate
- Stay hydrated- sips of water frequently will help you
- engage in simple exercises- if permitted by your doctor
- if you have to take a nap- do a power nap of about 15-20minutes, in the early afternoon hours
