中大法律學院畢業生黃衍睿有份研發的生成式人工智能聊天機器人「Lawlipop.AI法問通」以香港法制為基礎，根據用戶提供的信息，如地區、法律專業領域、案例事實等，量身定制回答。
​
該平台於2026年初更新，新增合約分析等功能，繼續致力為大眾提供免費、清晰且步步清晰的初步法律指引，從而降低大眾理解法律權益的門檻，讓法律支援不再遙不可及 🤖

這項成果展現中大社群善用科技造福社會，回應社區需求，更與聯合國可持續發展目標10（減少不平等）及目標16（和平、正義與強大機構）相呼應 🤝

| ✨ CUHK Sustainability in Action (4) Empowering Legal Justice through Tech ⚖️ |

Co-developed by CUHK Law graduate Perry Wong, the generative AI chatbot ‘Lawlipop.AI’ is trained specifically on the Hong Kong legal system. Tailoring responses based on user-provided case facts and specific legal areas, the platform was updated in early 2026 to introduce new features, including contract analysis.
​
By delivering free, clear and step-by-step preliminary legal guidance to the public, this innovative platform lowers the barriers to understanding legal rights and makes essential legal support more accessible to all🤖
​
This project highlights how the CUHK community utilizes digital technology for social good, addressing community needs. It also echoes the UN Sustainable Development Goals, specifically SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities) and SDG 16 (Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions) 🤝

今天（6 月 20 日）是 Show Your Stripes Day 📅

「Show Your Stripes」是一項全球氣候倡議，透過簡單的色彩條紋，從藍色🔵（較冷）到紅色🔴（較暖）的轉變呈現過去百多年氣溫變化，讓大眾更直觀理解氣候變化的科學證據與影響。每一道氣候條紋代表一年氣溫變化，清晰呈現全球暖化的趨勢，提醒我們氣候行動刻不容緩。

香港中文大學作為國際大學氣候聯盟（IUCA）的成員之一，與全球多間大學攜手合作，以研究、教育與知識交流推動氣候行動，致力將科學證據轉化為具影響力的行動。

The Environment and Ecology Bureau and the Environmental Campaign Committee have jointly launched the ‘Let’s count and build carbon-reducing habits’ webpage 🌳 featuring a Carbon Reduction Calculator 📲 to help everyone understand their carbon-saving habits and set carbon reduction goals.

As a key strategic partner to the Carbon Neutrality Publicity Campaign (CNPC), CUHK encourages students and staff to make good use of the webpage resources and work together towards carbon neutrality through simple lifestyle changes.

Carbon Reduction Tips:
👕 Buying 1 fewer piece of adult clothing ⏬ reduces carbon emissions by 8 kg
🌡️ Raising the air-conditioning temperature by 2°C for 1 month ⏬ reduces carbon emissions by 1.62 kg
🥬 Replacing 100 g of beef 🥩 with 100 g of vegetables ⏬ reduces carbon emissions by 1.64 kg

CUHK’s luxuriant campus is home to over 300 plant species. In the blazing summer, the trees thrive vigorously. The campus is dominated by vibrant hues of colours, including flame tree, queen crape myrtle, yellow poinciana, frangipani, sea hibiscus, etc., all in their unique forms 🌷🌹🌻

CUHK campus provides habitats for a wide variety of fauna, and its biodiversity is considered a treasure among local campuses. Over 130 bird species have been recorded on campus. Have you ever noticed their fluttering presence 🐦‍ ?
