Learning opportunities from our and Yellow Flag were brought to life yesterday when our pupils took to the polling station to select a new name for our recently refurbished courtyard which to date has been known as "The Quad".
Our Yellow Flag Committee gave our School Community 5 options:
*The Hub
*The Beehive
*The Honeycomb
* The Chill Zone
* The Quad!!
Míle Buíochas to Ms. Doody for organising the voting cards, register and ballot papers. And massive thanks to our Presiding Officer Martin and polling clerks Dylan and Mehrnoosh 👏👏
Our result will be reported once postal votes from our Board of Management are in. Watch this space!

A very special cake for some very special múinteoirí!
As a school, we were delighted to celebrate the concluding of Lily, Noreen & Killian’s ‘Droichead’ process.
The ‘Droichead’ year allowed us, as a school staff, to support and mentor the three new teachers as they set out on their teaching careers.
What a fantastic year of learning, friendships, camaraderie and fun with such kind and empathetic teachers!
We wish Ms. Doody, Ms. Nolan & Mr. Buckley all the best in their teaching careers. May they have long healthy years with the children, learning together and always having fun!
The boys took part in a basketball blitz today in UL. They performed with skill and determination and brought home the top prize for ‘Best School Spirit’. We may be a little biased, but they truly are the best group of young men!!
