A full-circle moment ☺️
14 years ago, I began my teaching journey with Hibernia and qualified as a post-primary teacher.
And now my journey has brought me full circle, I'm so delighted to return as Module Lead on the MA in Education for the Wellbeing module.
A privilege to come back to the place where it all began!

They’ve done the study.
The notes are made. The flashcards are highlighted. The hours have gone in.
Now the question becomes: can they perform under pressure?
Because this stage isn’t only about knowledge anymore. It’s also about confidence, focus, nerves, overthinking, bouncing back after a rough exam and keeping their head when it counts.
I speak to so many parents who say things like:
“They know it but they panic.”
“They’ve lost confidence.”
“I know they’re capable of more.”
“I don’t know how to help without adding pressure.”
That is exactly why I created Exam Edge: 1:1 Intensive.
A high impact, personalised session designed to help students:
🔸 Manage exam pressure
🔸 Reduce overthinking
🔸 Build confidence
🔸 Refocus quickly after setbacks
🔸 Step up to their potential
🔸 Enter exam season focused, calm and ready to perform
Delivered by Mary Bradley -10 years as a secondary before going on to study an MSc of Psychology of Mental Health and Well-being, now specialising in stress management.
Limited 1:1 spaces available before exams begin.
If your child would benefit from support, message EXAM EDGE or book directly via the link in bio.

These days between finishing school and starting the exams can be challenging for students and parents.
Students are riding the high of finishing school and coming back to earth to study can be a challenge. When they're at home studying on their own it can be difficult for them to muster up the momentum and motivation to get the work done, especially after an exhausting year of school.
Parents are trying to keep students on track for the final stretch but it's hard when you're at work and trying to keep on top of all the other day to day responsibilities, and maybe reliving your own Leaving Cert experience.
So here are a few tips to get you through the in-between days!
Parents, what else can I help with during this period?
