💚 WHAT A YEAR WITH EUROSPAR 💚

As we close out the 2025–2026 Junk Kouture competition cycle, we’re taking a moment to look back on some incredible memories with our partners and up first is our Headline Partner, ✨

From our partnership launch photocall at EUROSPAR’s newest store in Bryanstown, Co. Louth, World Final moments, Regional Final celebrations, inspiring school visits across the country to deliver surprise Golden Tickets, and an unforgettable Dublin City Final, it’s been quite the journey once again 🙌

Together, we’ve celebrated creativity, circular thinking, and the incredible young people at the heart of Junk Kouture ♻️💫

A huge thank you to the entire EUROSPAR team for their continued support, energy, and belief in the next generation of designers, innovators, and changemakers.

A little snippet of time on the Peace Boat US yesterday evening ✨🚢🌊

Our brilliant group of students (past and present) representing Union City High School, Ardsley High School, Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis High School and High School of Fashion Industries wowed attendees with their wearable art, CEO Troy Armour talked about all things Junk Kouture, and we even celebrated a birthday 🎉

Big thanks to Ms. Enzo , Ms. De Gregorio and Ms. Rosen for bringing the students along, and continuing to champion the programme in New York ✨

And to Emilie McGlone for inviting us ✨

✨ Meet Ada, Mason and Maya, the creators behind Vivacious Viscountess.

As we continue celebrating the incredible designs featured in our New York Junk Kouture Showcase, we’re proud to highlight this team who made a vibrant creation crafted entirely from repurposed materials sourced from thrift stores and recycling bins, including placemats, tablecloths, and recycled plastic bottles.

Inspired by the beauty of nature, Vivacious Viscountess incorporates botanical elements, handcrafted flowers, and swirling patterns that represent trees and the natural world. At the same time, the design encourages us to reflect on the impact of pollution and waste on our environment, demonstrating how creativity can be used to inspire climate action.

From rural Ireland to the Promenade de La Croisette, Cannes 🇮🇪✨🇫🇷

Dublin City Finalists from Presentation Secondary School, Caoimhe and Roisin Doyle, transformed discarded butcher aprons and coats into a striking sculptural design. The Last Cut honours generations of Irish farming and butchering traditions. ♻️

Through hand sewing and smocking techniques, worn workwear was reimagined into wearable art — proving beauty can be found in the most unexpected materials.

Worn with pride by Miss Ireland, Caoimhe Kenny at Cannes. ✨
