Last week, we proudly launched TU Dublin's Athena Swan Action Plan 2026–2030, a five-year roadmap to advance gender equality, diversity and inclusion across the University.

The Athena Swan framework supports higher education institutions in identifying and addressing barriers to equality, helping to create more inclusive environments where all staff and students can thrive.

Building on TU Dublin's Athena Swan Bronze Award renewal, the Action Plan sets out practical, measurable actions to embed equality, diversity and inclusion into our culture, policies and practices.

As TU Dublin President Dr Deirdre Lillis said:

"This work is the collective effort of a university community committed to creating an environment where every person can thrive, contribute and achieve their full potential."

Together, we're building a more equal, inclusive and respectful university for all.
