Dalkey Players Dalkey Players one of Ireland’s best known amateur drama groups. We have also had numerous successes on the One Act Festival Circuit.
In recent yrs we have reached the All Ireland Drama Festival Finals in Athlone .We were runners up n 2016 with "Jane Eyre" and won in 2017 with "Dead Man's Cell Phone". We do "2 full plays in November and Feb/March and take part in the Glenealy and Bray One Act Festivals In January each year. At our AGM we presented Ann Irwin with the Aileen Byrne Memorial Award. This is awarded to a new member who embraces all aspects of amateur drama and the spirit of Dalkey Players: helping out wherever needed -
acting, back stage, Front of House and all else besides! Ann exemplifies this in everything she does.
