Organic LEDs (OLEDs) captivated Rajamalli when she found she could generate a broad range of colours while developing them.
Now, her lab at IISc (Rajamalli Research Group, IISc Bangalore) focuses on fine-tuning OLEDs and designing materials for their applications.
