One-Day Training Programme on Labour Codes 360° – Practical Insights into the New Labour Codes

Nirathanka successfully organized a one-day training programme on “Labour Codes 360°” on 16 May 2026 at RG Royal Hotel, Yeshwantpur, Bengaluru.

The training programme was led by Mr. Shekhar Ganagaluru , a highly respected HR & IR Leader, Labour Codes Specialist, Motivational Speaker, Mentor and Trainer, known for his practical expertise and engaging training methodology in the areas of Labour Laws, Payroll Compliance, Wage Structuring, and HR Statutory Practices.
