With less than two days until the Conference, there are just a few things to inform (remind) you of.

Please, could all the Bangalore delegates find the attached picture of college bus routes and their number. All of you are requested to utilize the service to comfortably reach the college. The bus service will be available on all three days of the conference i.e. 29th, 30th & 31st of January, 2018.

While Outstation participants who have opted for accommodations are requested to bring one stamp-size photograph for temporary ID-Card. Participants arriving at Bangalore Railway stations and city bus stand can speak to our coordinators for any doubts and clarification. These are the contact details:

Extended Forecast day temperatures in Bangalore is expected to be 27-28 °C (Sunny), while night temperature can vary between 15-22°C

Guidelines for Poster Presentation:

1) The size of the poster must be 3 feet by 4 feet and the orientation should be portrait ONLY.
2) The participants (4 members per poster) must be near their posters at the given designated time.
3) The participants must attach their posters in the designated spots before lunch on the first day of the event.
4) The posters will be evaluated cumulatively by the respective jury on all the three days, so participants must be present on all the three days of the seminar.
5) Requests for any facilities for models etc. must be made in advance to the organizing committee.

Delegates who are participating in the Oral/Poster/Project idea presentation should follow the following guidelines mentioned below.

Guidelines for Oral Presentation:

1) The slots for the oral presentation will be announced on-spot on each day.
2) A maximum of 4 members per team can participate in the oral presentation.
3) All participants should be available at the venue on all the three days.
4) The participants need to submit their soft copy of the presentation an hour before the commencement of the session.
5) The time limit for the oral presentation is 8 +2 minutes, where the first 8 minutes is for presentation and the rest 2 minutes are for discussion.
6) The presentation has to be in the .pptx file format.
7) The total slides limit is 20.
8) All pictures, videos, animations etc. included in the presentation should also be included in the files when being submitted
9) The video files can be preferably sent in the mp4 format.
10) The participants of the project ideas must also adhere to the same rules
11) Requests for any facilities like models etc. must be made in advance to the organizing committee.
