It gives immense pleasure and pride to see the young minds rolling up their sleeves and taking up the responsibility of nature.

Today, our campus was a beautiful mix of messy paint and muddy hands. To mark World Environment Day, our learners came together to do something real for the planet. They spent hours creating thoughtful posters to share their ideas for a greener future, and then headed outside to get their hands dirty during a plantation drive. Honestly, seeing their energy was the best part of the day. Every poster they drew shared a message. Every sapling they planted carried a promise.

At KEDMAN SkillEd India Foundation, we talk a lot about preparing students for successful careers. But days like today remind us of our deeper purpose, nurturing responsible human beings who genuinely care about their communities and the world they are inheriting.

A meaningful milestone and a promising new beginning.

The Valedictory Ceremony of SONY Gyan Setu Batch 3 marked the successful completion of FY 2025–26, celebrating the achievements of 221 learners who completed their skilling journey with an impressive 96% placement rate.

Beyond certificates and numbers, this milestone reflects transformed aspirations, strengthened confidence and access to sustainable livelihoods for young people.

As we celebrated the accomplishments of Batch 3, we also welcomed Batch 1 of FY 2026–27, reaffirming our commitment to creating pathways to employment, dignity and opportunity through industry-aligned skilling.

To every learner, trainer, employer and partner who made this journey possible, thank you for being part of this impact.

With over three decades of experience across financial leadership, governance and
large-scale transformation, he brings a proven ability to build systems that enable
sustainable, long-term impact. His work across national skilling initiatives and global
environments reflects both depth and scale - a combination that will be critical as
we move ahead.

At a time when the skilling ecosystem is evolving rapidly, we see this as an
opportunity to strengthen our foundations, scale our impact and unlock new
pathways for growth.

Our recent POSH Awareness Session went beyond compliance it encouraged open conversations, built stronger awareness and reinforced a shared sense of accountability. What stood out most wasn’t just participation, but the willingness to listen, question and learn.
