Public School Hamirpur (H.P.) celebrated International Yoga Day with great enthusiasm. Students and teachers actively participated in various yoga activities, promoting physical fitness, mental well-being, and inner peace.

Principal Mr. Mahendar Singh Thakur performed yoga alongside the students and addressed them on the importance of yoga in leading a healthy, disciplined, and balanced life. He encouraged everyone to make yoga a part of their daily routine for overall well-being.

"शब्दों का जादू, प्रतिभा की गूंज!"
डी.ए.वी. पब्लिक स्कूल हमीरपुर (D.A.V. Public School Hamirpur) में कक्षा तीसरी से पांचवीं तक के विद्यार्थियों के लिए 'हिंदी भाषण प्रतियोगिता' का शानदार आयोजन किया गया। इस प्रतियोगिता में नन्हे वक्ताओं ने पूरे उत्साह और आत्मविश्वास के साथ बढ़-चढ़ कर भाग लिया। छात्रों की बेहतरीन प्रस्तुति और उनके ओजस्वी विचार सुनकर सभी मंत्रमुग्ध हो गए।

प्रतियोगिता के समापन पर सभी प्रतिभागी छात्रों को उनकी मेहनत और बेहतरीन प्रदर्शन के लिए सर्टिफिकेट प्रदान किए गए।
इस अवसर पर विद्यालय के माननीय प्रधानाचार्य श्री महेंद्र सिंह ठाकुर जी ने सभी विजेताओं और प्रतिभागियों को उनके शानदार प्रदर्शन के लिए बधाई दी। उन्होंने बच्चों का उत्साहवर्धन करते हुए कहा कि इस तरह की प्रतियोगिताएं बच्चों के आत्मविश्वास को बढ़ाती हैं और उनके भीतर छिपी अभिव्यक्ति की क्षमता को निखारती हैं। मंच पर आकर बोलना ही अपने आप में एक बड़ी जीत है।

Inter-House English Debate Competition Showcases Oratory Excellence !
DAV Public School Hamirpur organized an Inter-House English Debate Competition for the students of Classes XI and XII on 16th June 2026. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from all houses, with students exhibiting remarkable confidence, eloquence, critical thinking and persuasive speaking skills.

Appreciating the participants, Honourable Mr. Mahender Singh Thakur congratulated all the winners and applauded every student for their confident presentation and thoughtful arguments. He emphasized that debating not only enhances communication skills but also develops critical thinking, confidence and the ability to express ideas effectively.
The competition concluded on a high note, leaving the audience inspired by the talent and intellect displayed by the young debaters.

on Good Manners 2026 (Nursery to Class II)

✨Instilling values from an early age, our learners participated in a fun-filled Manners Activity. Through interactive discussions and role-plays, students learned the importance of , , and behavior in everyday life. ✨😊

🌍 World Environment Day Celebrated at DAV PUBLIC SCHOOL Hamirpur 2026🌱

✨Keeping in mind this year's theme, "Inspired by Nature. For Climate. For Our Future.", the teachers conducted a meaningful activity through which they explained the importance of protecting nature, combating climate change, and adopting environmentally responsible practices in our daily lives. The activity effectively conveyed the message that every individual has a role to play in creating a sustainable future.✨🪴🌴🌳

✨Although students were not physically present, the celebration served as a reminder that environmental awareness begins with education and collective action. Teachers pledged to continue inspiring young minds to care for the environment and become responsible global citizens.✨🪴
