The English and Foreign Languages University

The English and Foreign Languages University (EFLU), in collaboration with the Tribal Welfare Department, Government of Telangana, successfully conducted a two-week English Language Proficiency Programme for teachers of Tribal Welfare Educational Institutions, with support from the Hon’ble Governor’s Discretionary Grants.

At the valedictory ceremony held at Lok Bhavan, Hon’ble Governor of Telangana, Shri Shiv Pratap Shukla, interacted with participants and distributed certificates, appreciating EFLU’s efforts to strengthen English language skills while preserving mother tongues and cultural heritage.

On the occasion of World Blood Donor Day, EFLU Hyderabad organized a Blood Donation Camp on 14 June 2026. The programme witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, faculty, staff, and volunteers, who came forward to donate blood and support a lifesaving cause.

The initiative reinforced the message, “One Drop of Humanity. Give Blood. Save Lives.” Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor Prof. N. Nagaraju appreciated the efforts of the NSS volunteers, NIMS Blood Bank team, and all donors for making the programme a success.

World Blood Donor Day 2026 | Blood Donation Camp at EFLU

The English and Foreign Languages University (EFLU), Hyderabad, through the Dean, Students’ Welfare and NSS Unit, is organizing a Blood Donation Camp on the occasion of World Blood Donor Day on 14 June 2026 (Sunday) at 10:00 AM in the Conference Hall, Amphitheatre.

Students, faculty members, staff, and research scholars are encouraged to participate in this noble initiative and contribute towards saving lives through voluntary blood donation.
