We human beings have an interesting habit.
We postpone feeling our pain,
then wonder why it returns as anger.
What we ignore today
often comes back louder tomorrow.
Not because anger is the problem.
But because anger is often protecting
something that has not yet been heard.
A hurt.
A fear.
A disappointment.
A boundary crossed too many times.
PARICHAY (Knowing Oneself) begins when we stop asking:
âHow do I control my anger?â
and start asking:
âWhat is my anger trying to tell me?â
If you would like to explore what may be underneath your anger, comment âANGERâ or send me a message.
Sometimes understanding changes more than control ever can.
