Jogamaya Devi College successfully hosted a 2-day Science Camp, 'BIKHAN 2026', specifically designed for senior school girls. On 24th and 25th March, Bisakha, Parijat, Pragya, Sampurna, and Bidipta from Class XI actively participated in the event, eager to embark on their collegiate journey. Under the guidance of their mentor, Sucheta aunty, they captured memorable moments, enriching their experience.

কেন্দ্রীয় সরকারের শিক্ষা দপ্তর মনোনীত বিদ্যালয় গুলোর মধ্যে আমরা নির্বাচিত হয়ে গত ২৬ শে ফেব্রুয়ারী PM Shree KV Fort William থেকে আমরা ১২ টা FIFA football পাই।
ছাত্রীরা ফুটবল খেলতে চায় কিনা এরকম কোনো survey এর আগে হয় নি। এবারে এই survey হওয়াতে ওদের উৎসাহ চোখে পড়ার মতো ছিলো । বিদ্যালয়ের ফিজিক্যাল এডুকেশন এর শিক্ষিকা ইতি আন্টির সহযোগিতায় স্কুলের ফুটবল টিম তৈরি হলো এটা স্কুলের ইতিহাসে যেমন প্রথম এবং তেমন এর প্রথম সাক্ষীও এই ছাত্রীরা ।
প্রথম এক মাস নিজেদের যা খেলার পোশাক আছে তাই পরে ওরা খেলবে। এক মাস বাদে দেখা হবে interest একই রকম আছে নাকি ছেড়ে দিতে চাইছে।
দু মাস বাদে যারা regular class করবে এবং ভালো করে practice করবে তাদের বিদ্যালয় থেকে জার্সি করে দেওয়া হবে।
স্কুলের নামে ফুটবল টিম তৈরী হবে।

CINI collaborates with SBI for awareness programme on personal hygiene.

We are pleased to note that the STEM project by Smile Foundation was successfully conducted in our school with active participation from the students of class VI, VII & VIII and guidance from the teachers since from January 2026. Such initiatives help students to develop scientific temper, creativity, and problem-solving abilities through practical learning.
The project provided an excellent opportunity for students to complete the Smile Foundation modules on Digital Literacy, Creative Coding, 3D Design and AI & STEM.
They also conducted the Role Model Interaction and Mentorship Session, facilitated by the resource person where the students learned about new platforms, different career options, women in science and technology, and inspiring women role models and the Certification Program for the completion of this.

Thanks to our bordi ma'am for joining the session and addressing the students where her words about the program and encouragement to the students meant a lot.
We appreciate the sincere efforts of the project teacher Pratik Bebarta and the enthusiastic participation of the students in making this activity meaningful and educational.

গত ৩০ শে জানুয়ারী শঙ্কর নেত্রালয়ের পক্ষ থেকে ছাত্রীদের যে eye check up হয়েছিলো, ৬১ জনকে চিহ্নিত করে আজ নিখরচায় তাদের হাতে চশমা তুলে দেওয়া হলো।

বাংলা শিক্ষিকাদের তত্ত্বাবধানে বিদ্যালয়ে আজ আন্তর্জাতিক মাতৃ ভাষা দিবস উদযাপন।
পৃথিবীর সকল মাতৃভাষা সুরক্ষিত থাকুক, সম্মানে থাকুক।
