“Games are the roots of our culture and the joy of our childhood.”

At PM SHRI NGSSS today, it was once again highlighted that apart from the syllabus, it is equally important for students to remain physically active for the overall development of a child. Keeping this in mind, an Indigenous Games event was organised by the PET teachers where a series of traditional games were conducted for the students.

The students participated enthusiastically in various indigenous games filled with laughter, excitement, teamwork, and friendly competitiveness. The event aimed to ensure that students learn about, appreciate, and stay connected to their indigenous games and rich cultural heritage.

What a wonderful event it was — full of energy, joy, learning, and sportsmanship.
