✨ A Joyful Day of Learning & Engagement with Corporate Volunteers ✨

We are delighted to share that Accelya Group (Accelya) organized an engaging and fun-filled activity session with children from Akshar Paaul in the Hadapsar–Fursungi area of Pune.

The session was graced by:
Jan-Willem Luijters (SVP & Head – Pune Center of Excellence),

Saket Kumar , Allan Dsouza, Ankita Dey, Deepak Dhuve , Mamta Choudhary , Sunil Shukla , Swapnil Jadhav, Tarun Mangla Tarun Mangla, Zarin Sayyed, Akshay Jain, and Lalit Sawant Lalit Sawant.

The interaction began with an introduction to the company and its work, followed by an engaging round of introductions between the children and volunteers.

🎯 Activities Conducted:
• Fun quiz sessions with exciting rewards
• Group-based drawing activities on social themes such as:
- Plastic misuse
- Water conservation
- Traffic awareness
• Indoor games and interactive engagement

Children beautifully expressed their thoughts through colorful drawings, reflecting awareness of important social issues. The volunteers appreciated their creativity and enthusiasm.

This visit was especially meaningful as it marked the first volunteer engagement at our newly started Fursungi center. For the children, it was a completely new and memorable experience filled with joy and learning.

Beyond activities, what truly stood out was the genuine connection built — volunteers spent quality time interacting, guiding, and bonding with the children, making the day truly special.

🌟 A Meaningful CSR Initiative at Akshar Paaul 🌟
On 21st January 2025, Facctum IT Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. organized a well-planned and engaging activity session for the children at Akshar Paaul.
The children participated with great enthusiasm, joy, and discipline throughout the session. Their calm and active involvement reflected the effectiveness of age-appropriate and thoughtfully designed activities. The dedication, preparation, and warm interaction of the volunteers created a positive learning atmosphere that will have a lasting impact on the children.
👧👦 Nearly 100 students from Std. 3 to Std. 8 benefited from this initiative. And Facctum IT Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. 55 Volunteers Participant.
🎁 In addition to volunteering their time and skills, the team also generously donated educational stationery, toys for daycare children, and a projector to support learning activities and organizational needs. These contributions are extremely valuable and will support the children’s education in the long run.

Akshar Paaul organized an educational visit for children to the Pune Book Festival at FC College, Pune. During the visit, the children explored the book exhibition, interacted with a wide variety of books, and gained valuable insights into the world of reading.
