Teaching careers at a young age helps learners discover their interests, recognise their talents, and understand why what they learn in school matters. It builds confidence, sparks curiosity, and encourages them to work towards their goals.

At Marell Academy – Kibabii Campus, Career Day was about opening young minds to endless possibilities and helping every learner believe that their dreams are within reach.

Through a vibrant and engaging Career Day, our learners explored different professions alongside their teachers, learning about the roles, responsibilities, skills, and values associated with various career pathways. From doctors and engineers to pilots, teachers, entrepreneurs, scientists, and security officers, each learner was encouraged to dream boldly and imagine the impact they can make in the world.
