James 1:2–4 reminds us that trials produce steadfastness. They are not meant to break us but to build us for the vision God has placed in our hearts.

I’ve learned this firsthand. In one tough season, I realized I was building everyone else—businesses, ministries, people—but neglecting myself. That wake-up call taught me that investing in my own growth wasn’t selfish, it was essential.

Now I see challenges differently. They’re not obstacles, but stepping stones. They refine us, expand our capacity, and prepare us to lead with wisdom and resilience.

✨ Don’t despise your tough season. It may just be the fire God is using to forge the leader within you.

Dear Lord, may you search my heart and expose any anxious thoughts and any selfish ambition. May the posture of my heart be always about the KINGDOM of GOD and not for accolades.
May I always pursue your agenda and pursue righteousness. May I always choose to do the will of the Father.
May I be rooted and grounded in the love of Christ, strengthen me in my inner man by your Spirit.
Fill me with all the fullness of you, and with the knowledge of your will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding.
I want to be full of your Spirit, to be led by you and not by the carnal mind.
Fill me with your Spirit in all wisdom, knowledge, and understanding in my craft.
May I reflect the radiance of your Glory in Jesus name
