𝐒𝐏𝐄𝐀𝐊𝐄𝐑'𝐒 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄

Dr. Rose Bosire is a Public Health Specialist and Clinical Research Scientist with more than two decades of experience in public health research, health systems strengthening, and global health training.

She currently serves as Deputy Director for the Public Health and Health Systems Research Program at Kenya Medical Research Institute (KEMRI) where she provides strategic leadership for multidisciplinary research initiatives aimed at improving population health and informing policy and practice in Kenya and beyond. She has played a key role in national research efforts, including leading a nationwide study on assessing the spread of COVID-19 in Kenya.

Dr. Bosire is deeply committed to mentorship and research capacity development. As a Professor of Global Health, she contributes to short- and long-term training programs and has supervised and mentored numerous Master’s and PhD students across public health and clinical research fields. Her work continues to shape the next generation of African scientists and health leaders.

Dr. Bosire earned her medical degree from the University of Nairobi, a Master’s degree from the University of Washington, and a PhD from the Karolinska Institutet.

Dr. Bosire is a devoted follower of Jesus Christ, and her faith profoundly shapes her personal and professional life. Grounded in the belief that God equips His people for all they need for life and godliness, she leads with purpose, humility, and dependence on divine guidance in both complex decisions and everyday life.

She serves as Board Chair of Precept Ministries Kenya, an affiliate of Precept Ministries International, supporting its mission of equipping individuals and communities through inductive Bible study tools and resources that foster deeper engagement with Scripture and transformational discipleship.

Outside her professional and ministry work, she enjoys hiking, mountaineering, and travel, and remains passionate about mentoring young people and emerging leaders.

Stella Kiguta-Ng’ang’a is a corporate communications leader with an excellent record in strategic communication, crisis management, and brand public relations.

She is the Founder/Principal Consultant of Brand Essence Public Relations (BEPR).

BEPR is a boutique agency offering communications services to small and medium-sized enterprises, special projects teams and
special interest entities. BEPR also offers helpdesk services to PR agencies whose client service capacity is stretched to the limit during busy seasons.

In her current career phase, Stella is dedicated to collaborating with businesses, governments, and NGOs to influence policy for underserved communities. Her mission is to amplify the voices of the voiceless through compelling storytelling.

Ms. Kiguta-Ng’ang’a has over two decades of practical work experience providing reputation management counsel for multinational organisations like Coca-Cola, GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), KPMG, and more recently, The Commonwealth War Graves Commission.

She also excels in repeatedly demonstrating a refined ability to revitalise organisations by delivering impactful, effective, and award-winning Public Relations programs.

As a tested-and-trusted professional, Stella is skilled at building robust value-adding relationships with C-Suite business leaders, employees, and a wide range of external stakeholders. Her portfolio includes well over 200 major PR initiatives for companies and brands across biotechnology, pharmaceutical, FMCG, airline, banking, telecommunications, media, and business advisory sectors among others.

In 2024, Stella was listed as one the Top Women in Public Relations by the Public Relations Society of Kenya (PRSK). She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Daystar University (Kenya), and is a member of the PRSK.

Stella is married and a mother of three. In her spare time, she enjoys singing, engaging in event planning, as well as learning and exploring storytelling and content curation through social media.

Through his powerful session on Intelligent Asset Strategies for Success, participants were challenged to think beyond income generation and embrace strategic stewardship of opportunities.

As we celebrated the graduation in April 2026, we were privileged to host Mr. Ken Gichinga who spoke on the State of the Economy and shared timely, practical, and thought-provoking insights with our community.

His presentation challenged us to think beyond the headlines, understand the shifting economic landscape, and position ourselves strategically for the future.

The depth of perspective shared during the session added tremendous value to the professionals, entrepreneurs, and leaders present.

Professor of Change Management | Strategy & Innovation Expert

Prof. Joseph Onyango (JO) is a Professor of Change Management, a scholar–practitioner with over 18 years of experience spanning academic scholarship, transformational consulting, executive education, board governance, and strategic coaching. His work sits at the intersection of organisational change, strategic foresight, behavioural science, and AI-enabled digital disruption, supporting institutions and leaders in navigating complexity and achieving sustained impact.

He currently serve as Director of the Centre for Social Behaviour Change and Strategic Foresight, where he provides intellectual leadership across interdisciplinary research, executive programmes, and advisory engagements focused on anticipatory governance, behaviour change at scale, and responsible AI-driven transformation. This role anchors his commitment to future-oriented thinking, systems leadership, and evidence-based innovation.

Previously, Prof. JO served as Academic Director and Associate Dean for Research and Innovation, providing strategic oversight of research strategy, doctoral training, grant development, innovation ecosystems, and institutional research governance. He continues to contribute to academic quality assurance and scholarly standards as an international and local external examiner for PhD and master’s theses and programmes, ensuring methodological rigour, theoretical coherence, and ethical integrity in postgraduate scholarship.

Prof. Joseph's academic practice is grounded in extensive consulting experience, developed through senior roles at PwC and KPMG, where I served as an Engagement Manager and Principal Consultant on complex, multi-country transformation initiatives across the public, private, and development sectors. This practitioner foundation ensures that my research, teaching, and executive education remain applied, contextually grounded, and impact-oriented.

In addition, he is a certified strategic life coach and executive mentor, supporting individuals, senior executives, and boards in navigating leadership transitions, identity, adaptive change, and decision-making under uncertainty. His coaching integrates behavioural science, systems thinking, foresight, and reflective practice to build resilience, clarity, and sustained performance in disruptive environments.

He is also an executive educator, board advisor, and independent director, delivering experiential programmes on strategy ex*****on, governance, leadership in complexity, and AI-informed decision-making. A disciplined lifelong learner and avid reader of complex, solution-oriented literature, he positions himself as a scholar-transformer, institutional builder, and trusted guide, committed to ethical leadership, academic excellence, and future-ready organisations.

Irene Mureithi is a Certified Professional Coach, leadership strategist, and builder of applied personal development education, with 16 years of experience developing individuals, leaders, and institutions.

She is the Founder of the Personal Development Institute (PDI) and other purpose-driven ventures, including Serian Country Homes, The Kingdom Connect, and TKC Business Club in strategic partnership with Nabo Capital.

Her work is anchored in a singular mission: to unlock human capital and translate potential into structured, measurable impact.

Prior to this, she built a distinguished 10-year career in banking, where she developed expertise in systems thinking and organizational leadership.

She has since trained and coached professionals, executives, boards, entrepreneurs, and institutions across public, private, and international sectors.

In November 2025, she completed the Senior Executive Leadership Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford—an experience that further shaped her global, ecosystem-driven perspective.

She is currently advancing her academic work through a Master’s in Coaching, Leadership, and Mentorship.

As an author, she has written five books.

Dr. Wahome Ngare married Dr. Mercy Wahome in 1993, and together they are blessed with three children and two grandchildren.

He graduated as a Medical doctor in 1991, and as an Obstetrician and Gynaecologist in 2000.

He is the Founding Director of Mercy Health Services Limited that owns Mercy Medical Centre where he is a consultant in full time private practice.

He serves as the Chairman of Kenya Christian Professionals Forum (KCPF), and a member of the Catholic Men’s Association at the Shrine of Mary Help of Christians parish in Upper Hill Nairobi.

Dr. Wahome is the Chairman of the newly registered Shrine of Mary Help of Christians SACCO, Chairman of the Kenya Catholics Doctors Association and a Commissioner of the Catholic Justice and Peace Department.

He is a member of the family board of the Archdiocese of Nairobi and also a member of the board in various private companies, mission hospitals and an NGO.

Dr. Wahome is passionate about Christian engagement as a Kingdom in all spheres of influence, lauching from the family into the social-economic spheres.
