The Industrial Management Circle successfully organized a field visit to CBL Group, providing students with a valuable opportunity to gain practical insights into modern manufacturing and industrial operations.

During the visit, students engaged in an informative session with industry representatives, learning about CBL’s journey, growth, and operational strategies. They also observed the biscuit manufacturing process firsthand, gaining a deeper understanding of operational management, quality management, and industry best practices.

The visit was further enriched by the participation of our MICs, Mr. Kulandaivel Sachin and Ms. Hansika Deivendra, whose presence and guidance contributed to making the experience both meaningful and impactful.

This initiative strengthened the connection between academic learning and industry practice, enhancing students’ professional exposure and practical knowledge. We extend our sincere appreciation to CBL Group for their warm hospitality and for sharing their expertise with our future industry leaders.
