On the 14th and 15th of September 2024, the Master of Business Management (MBM) students from Course No 11/2023 conducted a Project Report Progress Presentation and Training Program at the National Institute of Plantation Management (NIPM) in Athurugiriya.

The event was attended by several distinguished individuals, including Professor Sagara Chandrasekara, Director of the Institute of Human Resource Advancement (IHRA), and Mr. KDN Hewage, Course Coordinator of the HRM Unit at IHRA. Resource Persons, such as Professor SMAK Samarakoon, Mr. RMRB Rajapakshe, Mr. WHR Mills, and Ms. KPS Sandamali, also participated. The workshop was further supported by the Senior Assistant Bursar and both academic and non-academic staff and HRM Unit.

The two-day program provided students with an opportunity to present their project progress, receive constructive feedback, and engage in specialized training sessions aimed at enhancing their research and presentation skills.

On the 2nd and 3rd of March 2024, the Master of Business Management (MBM) students, Course No 11/2023, engaged in a workshop on Project Report Proposal Presentation at Arangala Forest Lodge in Na-Ula.

The event witnessed active participation from esteemed individuals, including Professor Sagara Chandrasekara, the Director of the Institute of Human Resource Advancement (IHRA), Ms. Kamani Matotaarachchi, the Acting Course Coordinator of the MBM Program, Resource Persons, Assistant Bursar, and both academic and non-academic staff from the HRM Unit.

Master of Human Resource Management Course No 13/2023 Students conducted Project Report Proposal Presentation and Training Program on the 17th & 18th February 2024 at Tangerine Beach Hotel, Wadduwa. The Director of the IHRA, Professor Sagara Chandrasekara, The Acting Course Coordinator of the MHRM Program, HRM Unit, IHRA, Mr. KDN Hewage, Resource Persons, the Senior Assistant Registrar, and staff from the HRM Unit and Non-academic staff participated in this event.
