Today, on Delve Into a Book, we are proud to introduce Daniel Ankrah. Daniel is 5 years old and currently in Kindergarten 2 (K2). For his age and grade level, we believe Daniel is doing exceptionally well and has shown great promise as a young reader. He is currently in Level One at Bright Minds Reading Club, where he continues to develop his phonics, vocabulary, and reading skills.

Daniel's enthusiasm for learning and his growing confidence in reading are truly inspiring. With continued practice, support, and consistency, we believe Daniel has the potential to become a remarkable reader and a force to be reckoned with in the future. Keep up the great work, Daniel! At Bright Minds, our scholars are excited to honor these incredible women by sharing heartfelt pieces written with love and appreciation for mothers everywhere.

Through their words, they celebrate the beauty of motherhood and express gratitude for the care, support, and endless encouragement mothers give so selflessly. Join us as our Bright Minds scholars pay tribute to the queens we call “Mama" ( Liberian way).

We featured Asher C. S. Sia, one of our bright stars at Bright Minds! Asher began his journey at Level 2, and thanks to his tremendous ability and dedication, he has been promoted to Level 3, well done, Asher!

Today, we explored the fascinating world of clouds, learning about their different shapes and how they form. It was an exciting and engaging session filled with curiosity and discovery. We are so proud of Asher’s growth and can’t wait to see him soar even higher!

Keeping children engaged in extracurricular activities, especially reading,goes far beyond academics; it nurtures the whole child. Reading outside the classroom strengthens comprehension, expands vocabulary, and sharpens critical thinking skills, but it also builds imagination, confidence, and emotional awareness.

When children participate consistently in reading activities, they develop discipline, focus, and a genuine love for learning that carries into every area of their lives. It creates a safe space for curiosity, self-expression, and growth, helping them become independent thinkers and effective communicators.

Today, on "Delve in a Book," please meet Miss Allestine, a very renowned phonics and early childhood teacher. Miss Allestine took her time to take our young and gentle readers through the sound of the alphabet.

Helping kids master the sounds of the alphabet is one of the most powerful ways to boost early reading skills. When children learn that letters aren’t just shapes but sounds they can hear, say, and blend, they begin to unlock the magic of words.

Kids thrive when learning is fun and engaging. Singing alphabet songs, playing sound-matching games, and practicing simple word building can turn everyday moments into exciting learning opportunities. The more children connect sounds to letters, the more confident and independent they become as readers.

Let’s nurture curious minds by making letters sound playful, interactive, and full of discovery because every great reader starts with mastering the basics.

Today, on Delve in a Book with Teacher Goll, we feature the eloquent Joseph Gborkorquellia. Joseph has been part of the club for some time now, and he consistently brings his A-game. He is studious and always makes an effort to pronounce his words clearly and confidently.

In today’s session, Joseph and I did a raw reading, and it was truly encouraging to see him fully engaged and giving it his all. His growth and dedication continue to shine through, and I am proud of the progress he’s making.
